Lawrence A. Read
Chief Executive Officer

Lawrence Read is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of North American Lubricants Company (NALC) since 2001. Mr. Read is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lube Management Corporation (LMC). LMC is the holding company of Oil Changer, Inc., one of the largest, independently owned quick lube chains in the United States.

Oil Changer is an Inc. 500 company and was selected as the 20th fastest growing privately held company in America. Mr. Read was also awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award sponsored by Merrill Lynch, Ernst & Young, and the University of California.

Mr. Read is a charter member of the AOCA. He has been a leading entrepreneur in the insurance industry, founding IRI Marketing in 1969 and held the position of President and Chairman of the Board until 1982. In 1979, he was named to "Who's Who" in the insurance industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Presidential Life Insurance Company in Nyack, New York.

Mr. Read is a graduate of Linfield College. He is married to his wife, Janet and has two sons, 26 years and 25 years. He resides in Alamo, California.

Shane Terry
President

Shane Terry is President of North American Lubricants Company. Before joining the NAL executive team in 2005, Mr. Terry spent the previous twelve years in the fuel and lubricant field which included management experience in plant operations, distribution, sales and marketing. He is originally from Northern California where he held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a large petroleum distributor that served five western states through seven distribution facilities. In addition to in-depth understanding of the

jobber business model, Shane has extensive technical knowledge, including lubricant formulation and application. Mr. Terry has served on national distributor and manufacturer focus groups and recently served a 2-year term on the board of directors for the Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA). Shane resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and daughter.

Charlie N. Pass
Chief Financial Officer

Charles Pass is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of North American Lubricants Company (NALC). Mr. Pass is also a principal Lube Management Corporation (LMC). Prior to joining LMC in 1989, Mr. Pass was Vice President of Finance and Administration for Milne Trucking Company, a subsidiary of Sun Carriers, commencing in 1985.

Mr. Pass is a Certified Public Accountant who has worked with several regional and national accounting firms. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Mr. Pass graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in accounting. He is married to his wife, Toni and has three sons, 37 years, 30 years and 27 years. He resides in Danville, California.

Kyle B. Read
VP of Finance

Kyle Read is the Vice President of Finance at North American Lubricants. Since 2004, Mr. Read has managed corporate accounting and finance functions. He was the youngest Automotive Oil Change Association Certified Lube Technician in the country, getting certified at fourteen-years of age. Mr. Read grew up in the quick-lube industry working as a technician, and later in the corporate office, of a large independent chain in California. Mr. Read graduated from Pepperdine University in 2004 with a BS Degree in Business Administration. He is single and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Aaron Read
Division Sales Manager

Aaron Read is Division Sales Manager at North American Lubricants. Before joining NAL in 2006, Aaron grew up in the oil change industry, holding numerous positions in his family’s fast lube corporation. He began working for the California based company at the age of fifteen. Understanding the DIFM market from the inside out has been key to introducing our program into numerous new markets. Aaron also held the position of Corporate Sales Trainer at NAL and regularly conducts training courses in the field with our distribution network. Strathmore's recently honored Aaron with his inclusion in “Who's Who 2009” for his leadership and achievement within the industry. Aaron graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration. He is married and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Phil Leftwich
Division Sales Manager

Phil Leftwich is the Division Sales Manager for North American Lubricants. Phil played 10 years of professional baseball, including major league experience with the California Angels and a 2 year stint playing overseas in Japan. Phil joined NAL after 5 years in the oil exploration field as the Operations Manager for Trooper Oil and Gas Co. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and 4 children (which includes a set of triplets).

Anthony Kann
Western Regional National Account Sales Manager

Anthony Kann is the Western Region National Account Sales Manager at North American Lubricants. Anthony graduated from Western Michigan University with a business degree from the Hayworth College of Business. Mr. Kann played basketball for the Broncos all four years, followed by two years of professional basketball in Europe before retiring and starting his business career. Anthony and his wife moved to Arizona in 2005 and reside in Scottsdale.

Gavin Hensing
Central Region National Account Sales Manager

Gavin Hensing is the Central Region National Account Sales Manager at North American Lubricants. Gavin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Finance from Arizona State University. His professional background includes national sales management, sales training and retail marketing. Gavin was born and raised in the Phoenix area and currently lives in Tempe, Arizona.

Michael Goldman
National Fleet Sales Manager

Michael (Mike) Goldman is the National Fleet Sales Manager at North American Lubricants. Mike partners with corporate fleets for national lubricant supply and specializes in PureGreen Lubricants. Prior to joining the NAL team, Mike worked in corporate sales management and commercial real estate development. Mr. Goldman graduated with honors from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a degree in Marketing. He resides in Phoenix with his wife and daughter.

Marge Krupp
Accounting Coordinator

Marge Krupp is the Accounting Coordinator at North American Lubricants since 2006. Marge manages corporate AP and AR functions and is responsible for credit and collections. She has over 15 years of management experience in the accounting field.

Stacy Janowicz
Customer Service Manager

Stacy Janowicz is the Customer Service Manager at North American Lubricants. Stacy was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin and moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 2007. Stacy has over 10 years of experience in corporate administration.
